All “New Friends” who meet the criteria, will meet with the Nanny prior to their scheduled stay to ensure everyone is comfortable with each other. Please allow 30 minutes.
All dogs must be spay or neutered and current on vaccines. We require Rabies and Bordetella. (Puppies are the exception.)
Due the delicate stress levels of these pets, the Nanny is unable to accept cats, reptiles or fish.
Unfortunately, the Nanny is unable to accept certain breeds of dogs due the specifications of our insurance company.
The Nanny requires a 50% deposit at time of reservation. The deposit is non-refundable, however should your plans change, the deposit will be applied toward your next visit. The Nanny appreciates a 48 hour notice for cancellations. We will always do our best to work with you and accommodate you as best we can, such as during family emergencies.
Because we value the privacy of our clients, you will never find us on Twitter, Face Book or other social networking sites. We will however, communicate with you via e-mail and cell phone to schedule pick ups, drop offs or to send you pictures of your pets enjoying their time at The Nanny’s.
